Unfortunately, no dishwasher model can work without failures. From time to time, something breaks down. In that case we need to look for the reasons why the dishwasher began to work poorly. All faults can be conditionally divided into two groups: the ones that are caused by the misuse of the equipment, or those that happened as a result of active operation of the appliance during its prolonged use. Turn on the unit using the on/off button. 2. Press the Start/Stop button and hold it until the red light starts blinking. 3. Turn the unit off and then on again.

- Clean the water intake filter.
- The water pressure at the water connection is lower than 4.35 psi. Consult a plumber.
Fault in the water drain.- Clean the triple filter.
There may be water in the wash cabinet.- Clean the drain pump and the non-return valve.
- Remove any kinks in the drain hose.
The display turns off.The dishwasher has gone into 'Standby' mode to save energy.Press any button. The display turns on again.
Detergent is left in the dispenser at the end of a program.The dispenser was damp when detergent was added.Dry the dispenser before adding detergent.
The detergent lid cannot be closed properly.Detergent residue is blocking the catch.Remove the residue.
The door and the interior walls are still wet after a program has finished.This is not a fault!The moisture will evaporate after a short time.
It is the normal operating mode of the drying system.
Water remains in the wash cabinet at the end of a program.Before fixing the fault: - Turn the dishwasher off
The triple filter in the wash cabinet is clogged.Clean the triple filter. 
The drain pump or the non-return valve may be blocked.Clean the drain pump and the non-return valve.
The drain hose is kinked.Remove any kinks from the drain hose.
There is a knocking noise in the wash cabinet.The spray arm is hitting an item in the basket.Interrupt the program, rearrange items blocking the spray arms.
There is a rattling noise in the wash cabinet.Items are not secure in the wash cabinet.Interrupt the program and rearrange loose pieces.
There is a knocking noise in the water pipes.This may be caused by the installation or the diameter of the pipe.This has no effect on the dishwasher. If in doubt contact a plumber.
The dishes are not clean.The dishes were not loaded correctly.
The program was not powerful enough.Select a more intensive program,
Not enough detergent was dispensed.Use more detergent
The spray arms are blocked by items.Turn the spray arm and rearrange the dishes if necessary.
The triple filter in the base of the wash cabinet is not clean or not correctly inserted. The spray arm jets might be clogged.Clean the filter and insert it correctly.

At the end of a programme the in operation control light is flashing rapidly; the indicator lights next to programme buttons 1 to 5 are flashing when the door is open.There may be a technical fault.- Switch the machine off. Run another programme. If the indicator lights flash again at the end of this programme, there is a technical fault.

Knocking noise in the wash cabinetThe spray arm is knocking against an item in the basket.Interrupt the programme, rearrange items which are obstructing the spray arm.
Rattling noiseItems of crockery are in- secure in the wash cabinet.Interrupt the programme, rearrange the items of crockery.
Knocking noise in the water pipesThis may be caused by the on-site installation or the cross-section of the piping.This has no influence on dishwasher function. If in doubt contact a suitably qualified plumber.
The dishes are not cleanThe dishes were not loaded correctly. Dishes were placed inside other pieces, water could not access all surfaces.
The outlet of the water in- take pipe for the middle spray arm was covered. An insufficient amount of water flowed into the middle spray arm.Make sure that dishes placed in the rear section of the upper basket do not cover the opening.
The programme was not powerful enough.Select a more intensive programme.
Not enough detergent was dispensed.Use more detergent
Tall items are blocking the path of the spray arms.Rearrange the items so that the spray arms can rotate freely.

Switch the vacuum cleaner off immediately using the On/Off foot control. Disconnect from the electricity supply. Switch off at the wall socket and unplug it.
After removing the cause, wait for approximately 20 - 30 minutes to allow the vacuum cleaner to cool down. It can then be switched on again.
