Knocking noise in the wash cabinetThe spray arm is knocking against an item in the basket.Interrupt the programme, rearrange items which are obstructing the spray arm.
Rattling noiseItems of crockery are in- secure in the wash cabinet.Interrupt the programme, rearrange the items of crockery.
Knocking noise in the water pipesThis may be caused by the on-site installation or the cross-section of the piping.This has no influence on dishwasher function. If in doubt contact a suitably qualified plumber.
The dishes are not cleanThe dishes were not loaded correctly. Dishes were placed inside other pieces, water could not access all surfaces.
The outlet of the water in- take pipe for the middle spray arm was covered. An insufficient amount of water flowed into the middle spray arm.Make sure that dishes placed in the rear section of the upper basket do not cover the opening.
The programme was not powerful enough.Select a more intensive programme.
